For almost 50 years, the Friends Fall Festival has been a signature event on the historic grounds of the Downingtown Quaker Meeting. It’s a fun day with a community picnic feel. Fair goers come for the attic sale, Kid’s Corner (free), homemade food, the famous bakery, live music, silent auctioning of services, and local artisans and vendors.  It’s rain or shine.

Request your space at this year’s Festival by completing the registration request form below. Accepted vendors may pay their registration fee by check or money order payable to "Friends Fall Festival" sent to:

2024 registration fees (until September 15)

• $35 Uncovered space, bring your own canopy, up to 10 x 14 ft

• $45 Covered Carriage Stall, up to 10 x 14 ft; $50 with electricity (limited availability)

• $45 Large table inside the Schoolhouse, near the Friendly Thrift (limited availability)

Please note:

• We do not collect a commission on your sales.

• Spaces are assigned on a first-come first-served basis.

• You can register for more than one space or share a space with another artisan or vendor.

• You provide your own tables and canopy if needed.

• Space goes quickly - submit your request early, especially if requesting a special location.

We’re hoping to further diversify the mix this year.  A vendor who brings us one of the following as a new registrant will get $10 in food tickets:
Toy/Game Maker * Caterer * Pet Services * Tech Wiz (local) * Bikes * Hair Braiding
 

Marketing: Vendors are encouraged to use the introductory paragraph above to announce their presence at the Festival on their Facebook or web pages.  On the day of the fair, we highlight each vendor in a brochure posted at the ticket booth.

Logistics: The Festival is rain or shine (sorry, no refunds). Vendors are expected to stay for the entire Festival.  For safety, driving is not permitted on the property during the Festival. Parking is available across the street.
