DOWNINGTOWN
FRIENDS MEETING
2026 FRIENDS COMMUNITY FAIR
Vendor Registration Information
Saturday, October 10 th
9am - 4pm
Downingtown Quaker Meeting, 800 East Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown PA 19335
Downingtown Friends launched this event 50 years ago. It’s evolved to emphasize local, handmade, and inter-generational, with a community picnic vibe. The Meeting donates 60% of its net proceeds from the fair to non-profits. (Ask me if you’d like last year’s list.)
Fair goers find vendors throughout the property. There’s home-made lunch and baked goods, live music, an attic sale, Kid’s Corner (free), hay wagon ride, face painting, curated Greenery, silent auction. Part tented, part indoors, it’s rain or shine.
